- For non-refundable bookings or special deals, 100% cancellation charges may apply from the moment of confirmation.
- If cancellation occurs after vouchers are issued, applicable charges deducted by hotels, airlines, or suppliers will be fully borne by the guest.
- In case of delay in payment leading to revised hotel rates or loss of availability, any additional cost will be payable by the guest.
- No refund is applicable for unused services, last-minute changes, or no-show situations.
- Refund processing timelines depend on suppliers and may take 7–21 working days after approval.
- Force majeure events (weather disruptions, strikes, natural calamities, operational issues) may lead to cancellations or modifications, and refunds/compensations will follow supplier policies.
