Margaret’s Viewpoint, located on the road to Brenton On Sea, is known for its stunning view of the Knysna Lagoon, Lake Brenton, Outeniqua mountains and Belvidere Estate. It is a great location to watch the sunrise.
It is named for the conservationist Margaret Addinal who campaigned ardently for the viewpoint’s installation. There is a well-furnished seating area and noticeboards that explain the whaling legacy of the location. Make sure to bring your camera to capture the beauty of this gorgeous location.
