Knysna Waterfront is located on the Garden Route and is popular for its stunning views and leisure activities. It has many restaurants serving fresh seafood and authentic African cuisine. There are also numerous stores selling designer clothing, jewellery and souvenirs.
There is a life-size bronze statue of Bandi, an English bulldog who visited Knysna often on the HMS Verbena. He died in 1931, and a statue was built to commemorate this well-beloved sailor. Also, make sure to visit the art galleries located around the waterfront.
