The Antiphellos Theatre is an ancient structure that overlooks the Kas port and bay. It was located in the city of Antiphellos in Lycia. It was built in the 1st century BC and has a seating capacity of 4000 people. The views of the bay and mountains from the top-tier seating are spectacular. It is also a beautiful spot to watch the sunset.
The Antiphellos Theatre was once used as a meeting area for matters relating to the Lycian Kingdom. It was restored in the 2nd century AD, probably after an earthquake that destructed most of the cities in 141 AD. However, there are no ruins of the entrance or the stage.
