Best place to visit in monsoon.. Prefer one day hiking.. Carry own food and water. Its medium level trail for hiking. Carry only hiking or trekking shoes.

- Carry extra food and supplies with you, facilities are not present at proper intervals.
- In case of planning to stay back, make sure you enquire about the availability of hotel rooms beforehand.
- While trekking, be alert and check the surroundings. Sometimes, men indulge in drinking near the trekking spots and throw the bottles around. Wear good shoes.
- Women and girls especially be alert and do not go alone as these men may harass when drunk.
- At the Kondana Caves, drinking and smoking is strictly prohibited.
