Meghalaya takes pride in housing the sub-continent's deepest and largest caves - the Umlawan Caves. These caves are interconnected with the Kot Sati and Umskor Caves. Innumerable stalagmites and stalactites add to the look of these caves. The caves are 100 m deep and 21km long.
