Thadlaskein Lake, Jowai Overview
Thadlaskein Lake, at Mukhla near the highway, is a beautiful lake with anthropological importance as well.
The lake is crystal clear and replects the blue sky. Unharmed and untouched by man's force, the purity is reflected in the lake. Purely natural in sound and sight, it has now turned into a pleasant picnic spot. A small hotel managed by Meghalaya Tourisn is just across the road which offers clean and good service.
