This difficult to pronounce word is actually the French equivalent of The Smurfs. It is a modern architectural construction, located in Les Grottes.
Just like the Smurfs are funky, bold and fun, so too is the Schtrumpfs Building. Located behind the railway station in Les Grottes, this building was conceptualized and designed by 3 different architects. They wanted to create an unusual building that brought in a breath of fresh air to the area. This quirky and colourful building has been built by incorporating various architectural styles and must be visited when in Geneva.
