Betina Cave, Dubrovnik Overview
The Betina cave and its beach are an unmissable experience if you are in and around Dubrovnik. The Betina cave offers the most exquisite swimming, sunbathing and kayaking experience in all of Dubrovnik. The beach is a secluded freshwater pebble beach where one can spend lone time.
The pebble beach rests gorgeously between Villa Sheherezade and Gjivovichi beach and has clear turquoise and emerald green waters caressing its white sand. It is named after the great Dubrovnik scientist Marin Getaldich (also called Beta) who performed his research and many optical experiments in the cave.
