Tashi Jong Monastery (also known as Khampagar Monastery) is a centre of worship for Buddhists and home to Tibetan refugees. It is globally known for preserving the rare Togden tradition, a lineage of non-monastic yogis of the Drukpa Kagyu order who practise intensive meditation. The complex also has a monastic college and a Tibetan restaurant beside the main shrine.
