- A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the advance payment.
- Full payment must be cleared before departure as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Failure to make payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the timeline below:
- 15 to 29 days before departure – 30% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 7 to 14 days before departure – 75% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
- 0 to 6 days before departure – 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Both the drivers viz. Mr Limboo and Mr Santosh were very understanding, cooperative, and ensured that we had a safe and comfortable journey. Their professionalism truly made our travel experience stress-free.
The only minor issue we faced was with Summit Northstar Hotel, but apart from that, everything was very well managed.
