1. Jatmai Temple Trek
Jatmai Temple trek offers one of the most scenic trails for trekking in Chhattisgarh. At a total distance of 84 kilometres from Raipur, the trek will take you to the sacred Jatmai Temple dedicated to Mata Jatmai. The temple is known for its splendid architecture with granite carvings. Most of the road is motorable, and only the last leg has to be covered on foot. Blanketed by verdant greenery, the trekking road has a roaring waterfall cascade that looks straight out of a postcard. This region is also a haven for birdwatchers where you can witness various species of exotic birds.
Tip: It is advisable to avoid this trek in the monsoon season.

2. Raipur to Gupteshwar Trek
One of the most extended treks in Chattisgarh takes place from Raipur to Gupteshwar. The trek will allow you to witness the magnificent Gupteshwar Cave that is located at an estimated distance of 60 kilometres from Jeypore in Southern Odisha. The cave is dedicated to Lord Shiva and attracts pilgrims all year round. But only the daredevils seek pleasure in trekking the route. The trail looks wonderfully dramatic with hills, dense forest and gushing river.
Tip: The duration of the trek is long, and the trekkers are advised to prepare themselves before starting the journey.

3. Gadiya Mountain Trek
Gadiya is one of the highest mountains that offer the best views to Kanker Town, especially the Doodh River. The hill came into prominence during the time of the Kandra Dynasty. If you want an escape from the hustle of the city, this is the place where you should be. The climb to the top is strenuous, but you will be rewarded with an astonishing sight. The trek will acquaint you to the cultural richness and the diverse flora and fauna of the region.
Tip: It is advisable to carry a mosquito repellent while trekking this route.

4. Jungle Trek
