    The staff,the envt and services offered
    The fireplace was occupied by a group.None of us could make use of it.Appreciate if the staff could have a little coordination to ensure all the guests could enjoy the facility.

    The ambiance, both the managers, Murali and Munshi, they were really friendly and respectful.
    That the dorms on the ground floor did not have washrooms :(
