Pleasant

Good location close to the airport. Staff at the reception are very helpful and welcoming.

Rooms (especially bed sheets) could have been cleaner. Bad smell in the common areas.

Nice place bad location

Bed was comfortable staff was personable

when asked about first time tourists they couldst help, they didnt know how a non indian (as in no indian number or bank account) could get some basic things didnt know where money could be exchanged, nor had any recommendations that werent go to the mall. Also it is far from most things and hard to get to by public transport. That being said they were polite and wanted to be helpful

Worst decision ever never picking zostel again

The property was okay at best but some rooms are away to cramped up to accommodate 8 people there should be enough space to at least move our way to the washroom not to shimmy our way around the place. And the others accompanying my other room spoiled the experience by leaving the main door open the entire night after I closed it two times before and letting all the sound from the friendzone inside all night long even smoked in the washroom like why would you do that and why you don't have the measures to control it. Also 2 staff members were called out while they were prying eyes on 2 girls of my group what kinda thing was that.

Loved my stay here

You cannot miss Zostel, it's the ideal place for backpackers in India, so I was in mumbai and went here and made some very good friends, dorms were small and cute, quite spacious though and had a nice cafe
