Disappointing, expected the service we used to receive

Not much anymore, the manager was nice & other staff ,

The way we were treated we should have had a service, dissatisfied . It made feel unwell uncomfortable

decent hotel, but wouldnt return

rooms were large & spacious, bed was huge + really comfortable, also very quiet at night

says 10 mins on tram, no chance its 20 mins minimum toilet had a strange urine smell & the changing rooms in the spa had a terrible egg smell, obviously a drainage problem decor was tired in the spa also, some damp problems by changing rooms & lounger by the pool is broken charging 5 to use sauna is a joke its meant to be a 4 star hotel

Spacious room. Toilet in a separate room to the bath and shower.

Expensive for location. Location 30 minutes to centre via tram which was regular at least. Not much around hotel. Stayed 4 nights, only given water the 1st day. Asked on other occasions for a bottle, and they said there were no bottles left the other days, Was happy to pay at bar (but wasn't always open), but for a 4 star hotel, this is not good enough. 10 minute walk to a local shop. Sauna not included in price.

Handy location, great breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

The staff were lovely, the check in process was smooth and the buffet breakfast was exceptional!! The swimming pool was also a really handy amenity and the Skyy bar was great fun. The whole hotel has a nice vibe.

The beds/pillows were unfortunately very uncomfortable and the bathroom door was completely see through which was awkward for my friend and I who were sharing a room - no privacy.

Great hotel with lots of facilities and excellent breakfast

Good location, near the airport and tram into the city available down the road at 10 minute walk. Excellent breakfast options, very good facilities, and very helpful staff (Shanice) at check-in. The hotel has a good feel and modern well-equipped rooms.

A bit pricey but generally the case for Amsterdam. The En-suite has no lock and the door is made of glass which can be an issue when staying in the junior suite with family.

Very nice 3-days stay in Amsterdam with family!

We spent 3 nights on a family trip between Christmas and new year time. West Cord Hotel was the best quality/price for me. We booked 3 rooms and all the family really appreciated their stay. The situation of the hotel is great as we are downtown in 20 by tram. We left the car at the hotel parking and used a 3-day pass to move. We also enjoy the swimming pool & fitness, which is a good size. I recommend!
