    The property was in the Portuguese Quarter and great location. Facilities were what I would expect for this style of Hotel.The staff were excellent even turnining on the jacuzzi for us to relax in. The hotel restaurant was also good value
    The beds were extremely hard and the wifi wasnt strong

    excellent location, spacious and clean room, nice atmosphere, next time in Goa definitely I will stay again at this hotel
    breakfasts did not start at 8:00 hrs but mostly at 8:30 hrs.

    a pointless resort except for weddings and conferences.

    broken glass and rubbish strewn along the practically inaccessible beach. one extremely dull restaurant with no outside seating and microwaved food .crazy to have to sit inside . run down cabins . no facilities nearby

    Much better hotels in the area. I would not recommend staying here.
    Basic western food. Very little choice of local Goan breakfast. Hotel catered to senior westerners.
    I paid for deluxe room. Very very weak Wi-fi even though the router was right outside my room! Toilet leaked every time I flushed and water filled the floor. Room was above noisy street and traffic started at 4:00am. I requested a refund of some kind for discomfort seeing I paid a deluxe rate and I was offered a late checkout instead of any cash refund. All walls and doors were in desperate need of painting. Grout and mould on shower walls and on shower curtain. Disgusting for a DELUXE room! Saving grace? Staff were very friendly.

    Beautiful old colonial building, very clean and well maintained! Fantastic location in the middle of Fontainhas. Friendly/helpful staff.
    Breakfast options very limited / inconsistent.
