Not value for money.

Location and the outside garden and the balcony attached to the room.

Old furniture, dirty linen and towels with black patches. the room carpet had too much dust, deep cleaning required immediately. Geyser takes minimum 45 minutes to produce hot water, so for a couple like us, if one person takes shower then the next person has to wait for another 45 minutes before taking shower. Breakfast options are almost nil, you have to eat what the hotel will decide and serve. The cheapest(the one which just gets torned out before one could use it) quality of toilet paper was kept in the washroom.

The staff in the property are really helpful and friendly. I was staying here on the occasion of my friend's birthday and they help arrange decoration for the party in the room.

The location of the property is not really helpful, it's in one corner of Dharamshala. While property has its history, it's not really well maintained especially the rooms. Other venues in the property are quite well maintained and speaks volumes about the owners of the hotel.
