Traveling to attend in person work day and attend a conference
The room itself was great. It was located right next to the Metro Center stop of the Metro which mad commuting real easy. The staff went out of their way to help. Even had umbrellas for use during an unexpected rain event. Really friendly to one and all that I observed.
The room had a panel for the HVAC that was leaning against the opening, but not attached to the wall over the opening. Didn't check it until after already enjoying a good nights sleep.

Price should reflect remodeling
Remodeling had ti enter from side door at night it isn't too safe. Food options were basic. You're paying for location. Prices should be lower for the inconvenience.

Good stay but deposit not release till today
Near to Marcy. Near to Metro. Starbucks within the hotel.
The deposit they hold for the stay was not released till today. I sent messages to the hotel with no response. I have informed Booking.com. Hoping to hear from either soon!

Room was fine . I did not like the coffee shop stopped serving at 5 and ran out of food by 4:30
We entered the dining area and only 1 other family was there .. we waited an hour for our breakfast . In that time the dining area was full and everyone was served but us . We had 3 children with us
I still cant understand why the servers and hostess did not trouble shoot why the kitchen did not send up our food in the dining area .

It was a pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful.
Room was clean and comfy but view was not nice at all.
Again the view & I was told at the front desk that I would be charged $40 if I were to check in 30 minutes early. I have traveled a lot in the US & was never charged!

The front desk were always busy, and I asked the staff to check if my Marriott membership was added, they said yes. But in fact, they didnt add it.
