Nice house and pool, but confusing check in

The pool at the common area was really nice. The service of the owner was also really good. At some point one of the AC's stopped working and the owner made sure it got fixed the same night.

The check-in was really confusing. We arrived late at night at the property and the security guard had no idea where we had to go and didn't know anything about it. The owner did not pick up his phone for a long while so we had to wait outside at night pretty long. After about five calls he finally picked up and we got to the villa. Since it's quite a big property with multiple houses and buildings it was really confusing. The owner could have informed us better on where to go or where to meet up.

Like the entire place. Clean , well maintained, good customer service by Amol from Sales. Govind&Gauri from Housekeeping. Quick response for any small help required, issues if any during stay. Room service was quick too on ask. Overall a good experience and would like to do future bookings while in Goa and definitely recommended for all!!! Again,Appreciate the Hospitality!!

Kids play area in front of Villa 9 needs to be maintained well. As there were broken glasses in the sand which would harm the kids/elders. Appreciate if the Beds size can be considered too

Great, centrally located apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The location was excellent, very central. The staff and housekeeping lady were great and couldnt do enough for us. They were very accommodating and also let us check us late for no extra charge.

The location isnt quite as described and was difficult for the taxi to find when we initially arrived. The apartment is about a 7 minute walk (few mins drive) past the cafe it mentions on the advert. Its worth noting that the photos in the advert arent of the apartment we stayed in so we were a little confused when we arrived. But the apartment was still comfortable and had everything we needed.

Villa was different compared to the one we booked online. And wifi was intermittent.
