Very good

breakfast is good but could have lactosis-free products, even upon request good spot, within walking range from the Inner Harbor and Little Italy beds are great

not all dietary restriction are considered, but it's still ok

I would definitely recommend and book at this hotel again i had no complaints

The lobby as well as the room i stayed in was cleaned i didnt find anything outta the usual that would make me not book again the lobby had a 24/7 snack bar and microwave that came in handy the staff were super helpful and nice the location was amazing close to fells point where there are bars and restaurants close to 7-11 and cvs and Walgreens not to far from little Italy there was just so many things near by walking or 5-10 minute Uber ride and parking was right across the hotel and not to expensive for the one night we stayed

No microwave inside of the room but it was one down in the lobby and ice machine was down in the lobby not on the same floor as room

Staff was rude and room was not ready

Check in was at 3:00 and apon arrival at 3:00 we had to wait in the lobby for an hours as they told us our room was not ready, and after stressing we had dinner reservations at 5:00. Once we arrived in our room it smelt like cigarettes. While we were waiting for our room in the lobby we asked if they had complementary water bottles and they directed us towards a water fountain.

Location good but I wont stay here again due to the horrible beds.

Location and breakfast were just okay.

The beds were horrible. Very hard and uncomfortable. Wasnt able to fall asleep on them.

Stay at the coziest hotel in Bmore!

The hotel.was so clean and welcoming. We love their breakfast and my kids loved the gym and board games! The staff was friendly and we had a good time. We look forward to seeing you next year when we come for the holidays!

No laaundry room but there is a laundry mat a block away. It is ok though...

It was adequate.

It was very clean.

Staff our first night was rude. I had a question about the market and she had an attitude. Was not friendly. Beds in our room were smaller than queens. Queen size beds are 60x80. Our beds were 53x75. I measured with my textile tape. Very upset I paid for queen beds and did not have a queen bed.
