very clean, facilities were great, wonderful location
when we checked out we left our bags in the office and visited the guinness storehouse we returned within 2hours of checking out to get our bags i asked the lady on reception if i could use the toilet she refused and said toilets were for guests only i said we have not long checked out and had been guests she said as we had checked out we were no longer guests and had to use the hotel next door. Staff were great very helpful apart from the lady when we collected our bags who was so rude.

Location was very convenient as we were visiting Phoenix park
Room was cold, got into bed with my clothes on. There's only 1 shared bathroom and when my 8yr old was bursting to go we had to run to the hotel next door cos someone was having a shower..

    Quiet and handy
Great value. Quiet despite great location: 5 minutes' walk from Heuston Station. 3 minutes' walk to Luas Red Line. 20 minutes' walk into city centre.

Only thing that disturbed a bit, hearing the other guests through the rooms or when they came to the room.
