Value for money, nice place to stay, superb location

Location is at causeway bay. Very good location. The room is clean too. The staff is also very helpful, friendly - they refunded me the deposit for the key the day before as I had a very early flight. The toilet is clean and the water gets hot quickly For the price, it is value for money.

May have sound of cars whizzing past or horning as its at a popular location. Bed is a little on the tougher side and needs some time to get used to

great great location. Hong Kong is full of shady places, hidden in ugly buildings, with weird check-ins. I moved here after a bad experience in another place and the location here is great, the staff is attentive and the place is quite good. They even allowed me to do an early check-in. Great place for the value.

the bed is not that soft (definitely not a problem for me) and the heater was noisy one night (probably while a neighbor was taking shower)

Convenient location and the staff is helpful. Good internet connection.

the blanket / duvet had stains on them and were not as clean as we expected. The toilet water takes a while to fill up after a flush and it creates quite a fair bit of noise

Very good

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Had a very enjoyable stay there overall.

Was a bit difficult to find the property at first, as its inside a residential building, but everything else was fine afterwards.

Very good location, simply next to Causeway Bay and easy to get to major locations on HK island.

Can add some storage facility like shelves or boxes to help tenents stack up their stuff. Also can put some decorations like indoor plants.
