I have foreign passport but still insisted on my indian origin OCI card details. Not sure why this was required.I had to get someone from home to wire the details to Taj staff

The Location is perfect. The welcome is wow, employees are very friendly, pool is beautiful, if you get breakfast in the big room then really great

You get a 5 star reception when you arrive, but then when you come to your room it is quite dissatisfying. The room was small, smelled and was not clean. Second day we had to beg to get some water as they did not refill the bottles. Very limited amenities. 500 dollars for the room we expected a lot more. First breakfast was in the small Masala room, very disappointing(limited options compared to our second breakfast). Second day we were in the big breakfast room and that was amazing. Prices for food are very high!

Disappointing

The cleanliness, the location, the spa and the food

Been at The Raj Tower a few times but this time Was dissapointing . My check in was veer unprofessional . The receptionist sent me to a smoking room telling me to wait for my non smoking room there and this was at 1300 . He was upset when I told him I couldnt bear the smell in the smoking room. My second room after a week , the curtains were falling off . I mentioned it to a housekeeper who ignored it . Nothing was done . I had to put a chair again at the curtain to avoid the light from flooding in the morning .
