House is great

Swimming pool was dirty And they have camera on the house so they can spy u when u stay on the swimmingpool area It was not mentionned and we see the camera moving so ppl watching us. In other country this is illegal All the information inside the house in thai only. Nothing in english ... doubt have only thai ppl who rent it

Good option for a stay in pattaya I would use the this property again.

Good location close to the beach, comfy stay and great to be able to use the facilities.

No issues apart from a rude construction worker within the complex, not related to the host itself but was within the compound and was rude to a female guest, complex itself needs to address the behaviour standards of any construction workers let on site.

close to everything.

the place is worn out, so the furniture is more or less all broken in some way. one toilet was leaking. rusty dishwasher. broken barbecue. holes in couch. od smell from livingroom. would ask for some kind of refund, if I had the time.
