Friendliness and Efficiency of Staff / Great Continental and South Indian Breakfast Chef Richard and his team took good of us. Very nice Christmas decoration. Enjoyed the Music of Natascha in the Italien Restaurant Vetra. Possible to use the pool and other facilities in the Partner Hotel Trident

We suggest to install a coffee machine at the breakfast restaurant to enable guests to quickly get a cup of Coffee or Cappuccino

great location! excellent customer service! good value for money!

The properties location was perfect being on marine drive and an easy 20 minute walk to the gateway of India and the Taj Hotel, Colaba market as well as the ferry to Elephanta island. The staff were very accommodating, and made us feel very special. Gurmeet the head chef and Deepankar the head of conceirge in particular.

We were initially put into smoking room even though we had requested non -smoking, but this was quickly amended and we were put into a suite in the non-smoking area which had beautiful views.

Pleasant and comfortable stay; just a few minor delays during busy days/hours

Great location; the room was extremely clean; house-keeping and in-room-dining services were extremely prompt and efficient. Overall, our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Restaurant seemed short-staffed during the busy days/hours as a result of which some requests for food were completely missed. There seemed to be some miscommunication between departments in the hotel which caused a 45-minutes wait for luggage-services to show up during checkout.

I could not sleep because of the maintenance near the room . the delight VIP guest only . Good tables always reserved to them even they show up late
