Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city
Fabulous room. Loved the pet VIP package. Beds are sooo comfortable , concierge and reception staff very helpful. There is good parking nearby - beware you have to walk up a flight of 60 stairs on the return. A very short walk - but lots of steps if you arent used to them.
Felt a little overpriced - Im glad I checked the app as the room price has dropped significantly in the week prior

Great hotel, pity about the service
The hotel is in a great position a few minutes walk from the harbour bridge opera house etc. The ambience is stately distinguished discreet and quietly opulent
Unfortunately while the individual staff members were friendly and courteous the actual service was consistently poor with daily mistakes. It began with the prebooked limousine not turning up to greet us after our 9 hour flight As a result we were upgraded to a beautiful suite for our 3 night stay. However there are serious problems with the service with daily mistakes and domestic difficulty in making ourselves understood ( indeed it was easier at our hotel en route in Hong Kong ). So a potentially great hotel let down by poorly trained staff.

Great place, great stay and will be back.
Location was great being walking distance to the Rocks, Barangaroo and slightly further to the City (Pitt and George St). The room itself was great with all the amenities you need and more.
The stay was too short.
