Great stay. The front desk staff found me an accessible room to accommodate my rollaway request. Location is excellent, just steps to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and stores like Zara, Target and Marshalls.
I would like self parking option at property and self baggage service accessibility. They would not lend me the baggage rolling cart.

Super cool old Hollywood style hotel with a lot of history. Has a cool bar/restaurant and is in walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl.
The bar closed pretty early for a Saturday night. The elevator broke and took like 30 minutes to get up to the room. You couldnt take the stairs and no staff was around to help. Had to fight to get on the one working elevator.

Comfortable stay in an historic hotel.
The hotel is very historic. Classic staterooms and spacious rooms. We really found it comfortable. The location is central too.
Theres a bit of noise from the street below but thats Hollywood Boulevard!

Beautiful hotel on a very busy street where you can walk to a lot of attractions.
Nice comfortable room with a great view of the city. Very helpful staff. We left some of our luggage while we were on a cruise. The staff were very accommodating keeping our luggage safe while we were gone.

Everything! If you love the glamor of old Hollywood, impeccable service, and awesome location, this is your hotel. The rooms are clean, very comfortable with a touch of elegance. Although the property was built in the 1920s, the rooms have modern bathrooms, and the bed was very comfortable. Our room overlooked Hollywood Blvd. so we could walk around and see all the nearby sights.
The only thing I didn't like was having to leave.

Charming hotel. I love the old Hollywood feel and history. The staff were lovely. The view was amazing! Room service was quick and the food was delicious. The mattress, linens and towels were high quality. I found a new favorite place!
