All in all was nice hotel in great location for theatre trip which is what we were in London for - would stay here again

Location was good and staff very helpful

There was nothing we didnt like apart from no view at all from window - quite expensive for room with window against a brick wall

The location was perfect and staff were friendly

The hotel needs to renew their hotel interiors, some things arw broken in the bathroom and the carpet is from the 80's. The beds are semi hard but the pillows are just bad.

Good place to be in the heart of London.

Although the hotel has an old-fashioned style, in need of some refreshening, the location is the best you can find to be in the center of London.

The housekeeping is not available "de per si" you must ask the reception/services if you want the service. For me, I think it should be the other way around, if you don't want housekeeping you should mention it. In an hotel of this dimension and location housekeeping is a service naturally included.
