Stressful with Old tatty stuff and excuses.

Location

Old falling apart , couldnt use lounge as full of knitting club. Paid for a suite , window wouldnt shut ,no heating , broken table bath leaked and flooded bathroom so couldnt use it . Burnt toast at breakfast and wrong breakfast given poor quality food and restricted resturant food no childrens menu . Didnt have what was advertised on menu even though there were only 3 choices. Staff were told from the beginning but manager wasnt around. We were given 1 nights money back but whole experience was awful and stressful.

We had a lovely time in London but the hotel didt meet are expections in relation to price.

Clean rooms, nice with some welcome chocolate

Value for price feels low. Old small room, you pretty much stare in to a wall from bed. Super small bathroom (even for UK measurments), coctails in bar pretty bad to be honest.

Service was very very slow and not very welcoming in the restaurant. My bill was wrong as they included breakfast and service charge which was already paid for. Very loud cars driving round at night so it is hard to sleep.

Location was 20 minutes walking to the Harrods and the Hyde park. its also located in a safe and quiet area. Some of the staff were amazing especially Jimmy who was welcoming us warmly everyday and made our stay unforgettable with his willingness to help us in anything we needed.

No supermarket near by and the lift is very small and slow. Also, I thought there will be an electronic room key card but it was a normal key but that was OK. Also, the size of the room is q bit small for the over-packers like us but we managed to put our luggage under the high bed :)
