Very good

Clean and comfortable in the center of Covent Garden.

Location is pretty tough to beat, especially for shorter trips. Walking distance to British Museum, Seven Dials, National Gallery.

Room was on the smaller side and could use more efficient storage for large bags.

I requested to cancel\postpone my vacation due to the war in my country and my flight cancelled but I gut the coldest NO answer. I manage to find a new flight but it really affect my vacation.

Fabulous, highly recommend

The hotel is in an amazing place in relation to everything, the staff were all beautiful, the room was fabulous and the beds were sooo comfortable

For the price it would be nice to have a breakfast and its missing a bar, although the happy hour with a choice of wine or Prosecco was good and we met some lovely people but when we go away as a family we like to sit in the hotel bar at night and chew the fat

To stay in the Covent Garden area around Christmas was rather wonderful - the vibe was exceptional.

Loved the location. Loved the shower room. Loved the happy hour drinks. Loved the staff. Loved the bed - supremely comfortable. Loved the peace and quiet.

The room was minimalist and cool from that point of view. But from clients of our generation - 70s plus - it would have been helpful to have straightforward air con controls, less complicated light switches, more space to store stuff, more seating and table space. The absence of breakfast didn't cause grief because there were so many alternatives close by, but occasionally it would have been pleasant not to have to go exploring for a morning's sustenance

Always a warm welcome

The Resident is my preferred hotel when visiting London whether for business or leisure. The welcome from the Reception team is consistently warm, the hotel is always spotlessly clean and the rooms are well appointed and comfortable.
