The villa was very nice. The swimming pool in the centre of the resort was marvellous.
The two bedroom villas are away from the fun areas.
If you want a quiet relaxing spot it will be fine.

Everything about this place is amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they have 24/7 buggy service to take you around the hotel. Breakfast was 10/10 so many options for everyone.
The place was infested with mosquitoes. The room had an electric mosquito repellent but it wasnt doing anything. They also gave us mosquito repellent spray but the mosquitoes still managed to get a taste of us. Next time Ill definitely bring a stronger mosquito repellent. Besides the mosquitoes this hotel really feels like heaven on earth!

not feeling as welcome and helpful as last year.
I booked this hotel last year with a friend and i like the location close to wonder fruit and staffs are very helpful. This time i invited 14 friends to the same hotel but Our experience not as expected. Staffs are not very helpful, I forgot to bring a adaptor and as a 5 star hotel you dont provide while my room at 310 also don't have any USB plug... Super disappointment and inconvenient. I dont think next year we will come back again.

The overall facilities worked well. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I stayed there for 2 nights and love it. I will go back there again when I have a chance.
My room is next to the pool. They played music at their pool bar on Saturday evening, so it might not be ideal if you want a quiet weekend stay.

Everything! The way the staff treat you, taking you to your room on a golf cart, the room was clean, very big room, felt very private when in the room. Best hotel ive been to by far!

Verygood for staying, relaxing in place. Don't want to go anyplace, anymore.
Wonderful, So many choices. If coffee station is more than one, it will be better for shorter waiting in line.
Wifi and Cellular signal is not stable, need to be improved.

Great place and very private.
Loved the ambiance of the place! You can still take a walk around the place at night, and you feel safe. Love that they planted all the plants to keep it cool. And also loved loved, loved the private pool. Spent almost everyday just lazing in it.
