Disappointing

Great location - very very basic / sub standard hotel - Disappointed with Fern

The room service menu is good - Round the clock in room dining was good quality fare. Coffee was good too. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is good - shops and food delivery options to the property - Pool and lawns area is good too.

Reception is not well manned during the night - Had a major issue checking in at 6 am despite paying for the previous day to ensure I can check in early. Spa is very basic, new and doesn't accept cards yet which. Reception staff are not well trained and needed supervisors / managers to intervene to solve check in / booking issues. Staff want to help and are friendly just too scared to do anything without managers approval. Bed was terrible - had a metal spring sticking out through the mattress - Duvet was dirty and torn - Breakfast offering is very basic - not worth it.

Great stay but felt duped due to per night stay charges being double

Food and stay was good

I was charged Rs 14000 plus when the hotel charges Rs 7000 per day. So this was bad . Also I requested for both lunch and dinner as the price was double. Was given only lunch or dinner.

Breakfast was good. All hotel Staff were courteous and cooperative.

Facilities are old. Not worth the charge in a offseason. Food had limited options.

We had a great stay, excellent service from the staff at reception and restaurants. Good, clean room, location and overall excellent value for money.

Bad

Linen was dirty. Nobody came to clear the plates from the room post my dinner. There were hair strands all over the place. The bathroom nallah was clogged with hair. I didn't like anything.
