Wouldn't come back but receptionist was lovely and a credit to the business.

Receptionist was very nice and professional and location is good.

Bathroom had no hot water for first few hours of our stay which was frustrating after a day of travelling. Entire room and bathroom had large tiled floor and was very easy to slip, especially bathroom. Felt it was dangerous. Room heating didn't heat bathroom. Paper thin walls. Other guests woke us up multiple times just by walking in hall and opening and closing doors.

Our stay was acceptable, the fact we could not shower and had no hot water wasnt up to standard

Location was very good, and room was very nice and clean

There was no hot water to shower for the length of time that we stayed at this accommodation

Nice modern interior with comfy beds. Convenient location in the city

The heating was left on full blast but it was barely felt, freezing inside the entire stay in December. The TVs also didnt work well, one didnt turn on at all and the other was limited to a couple of channels. Neighbours were also obnoxious, very loud past 1am singing and all.
