Nothing very unprofessional service

The hotel was very dirty, the moment I walked in the only thing that the people working at reception cared about was getting my money Once in my room, that's when what can only be described as very horrendous, unpleasant, and poor standards The rooftop swimming pool had a film of grime on it After looking for more accommodation i returned and informed the property i wouldn't be staying because of the poor standards for the price of 9 thousand rupees per night, i explained the reasons why, and i asked for a refund for the Sunday Which I was told in no uncertain circumstances i wouldn't be getting anything back I took lots of pictures of the conditions inside my room from the broken furniture to the stains on the bedding and other stuff i would strongly recommend anyone thinking about staying here to check your room before paying the money to

They dont value there guest they dont have knowledge what the hospitality industry is all about .

The property was good . The rooms were neat and clean. The room had a balcony which I like the most . Their in-house restaurant was nice they served breakfast over there which was unlimited as our breakfast meal was included . For dinner and lunch also they have options available with them.

The property is bit inside from the road side view . The rooms are small . There were small cockroaches in the room . The AC was not working. TV was not working as the recharge was not done . We informed the receptionist but he just ignored many times . The customer service is zero reception staff is arrogant they dont value they dont care . It was a worst experience if I talk about staff. This property doesnt deserve to be on booking.com as per customer service. They awaited me 1 hr for check - in and block the rooms online on booking.com when I tried to book one more room and convince to book directly. Booking.com should take strict action on it or else I will never book any hotel by booking.com in future .
