Guests had a fantastic experience at The Clermont London, Victoria over Christmas. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were well-appointed with a complimentary mini-bar, and the location next t (Read More)o Victoria Station was convenient for exploring nearby attractions like Buckingham Palace and Westminster. Guests enjoyed the food and drinks, including fish and chips and the breakfast spread. A thoughtful touch was a stocking with candies left for their daughter on Christmas Eve.

Very good

Great Stay in an beautiful enviroment.

The room was big, clean and comfortable. We liked the breakfast buffet with good and fresh products. The location is in the middle of the city. A few minutes walk from Buckingham Palace. The Hotel is verry beautiful inside and outside. The lobby is stunning.

The Room was quite warm and the climate controll was not realy able to cool the room down.

The Clermont - a classy, comfortable and conveniently located grand old hotel with great service

Friendly and welcoming staff who let us checkin very early around 9am on Christmas Day. Very clean and well appointed room. Soak bar downstairs very good and reasonably priced. Beautiful old building. Most importantly of all - fantastic location in easy walking distance to Chelsea, Belgravia, Piccadilly Circus and Knightsbridge Very happy to recommend the Clermont.

Nothing much - the front reception area isnt quite as magnificent as the photos online suggested but really boohoo Also bathroom was a bit small and shower tricky to navigate but attentive staff helped us to resolve any issues'

Excellent location, friendly staff, beautiful building, decor and rooms had everything you needed and comfortable.

Very welcoming, clean and beautiful decor.

No teapots at breakfast buffet, instead had to remove the teabags from the mug at the breakfast bar so could put them in the bin else return to table and leave them in a tissue on the table.

Reaching the room was like a maze, we had to use 2 different elevators to reach our room. In the bathroom there was a brown stain in the tub that was disgusting.

It was beautiful and very elegant. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Loved the bar area as it meant we didnt have to leave for drinks elsewhere during the day.

Would have preferred a separate shower in our room. As my mobility doesnt allow to climb into a bath.

Great hotel with all you can ask for and a good value for money

The Soak Restaurant was really good and recommend. Our room was spacious and well appointed. Location was perfect and good to keep in mind for the next time as the theaters for Wicked and Hamilton are both within a 2 min walk. All in all though, very much enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff and housekeeping did a wonderful job. Would definitely stay again.

Bathroom was a bit too small and I didnt have an outlet for a hairdryer which made getting ready difficult. We enjoyed the breakfast but was just okay in my opinion. There were many choices and I was able to find plenty to have a nice mealonly had higher expectations.
