We brought a family with adult children, the location of the hotel is excellent, close to the metro and buses, excellent staff helps with any request, very clean rooms, but you should pay attention when ordering not to order a compact room, this is a very crowded room, the other rooms are excellent

Housekeeping left a lot to be desired. We had no towels in our room and took hour to get. Also, they didnt replace the cups and mugs from night bed and left the dirty plates there. Not great

Nice , relaxing stay for New Year

The hotel was in a very good location with it being less than a 5 minute walk from Paddington Station. The room itself was quite small, but for us was just enough.The breakfast options were good as there were a variety of options to choose from.We made the use of the 30 minute Spa time which is included with the stay which was very relaxing! The staff were all friendly and happy to help with anything.All round a good stay for New Year with the price we paid.

I think this is more of a 4 star than 5 star.

Close to Paddington Station

The rooms were ridiculously small, I had read that they were small rooms, but nothing prepares for just how small they are, how it has a five star rating I dont know?

overall a good experience. would highly recommend

Proximity to the tube station, cleanliness of the rooms ,very friendly staff. They were there to help right from the time we checked in to the point of helping us book tickets for daily attraction tickets.

I was there with the family for a week. There was no variety to the continental breakfast. Would have preferred some variety in the daily breakfast.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The breakfast was great and good amenities present. We were in rook 001 on the ground floor and it was quiet and spacious. The highlight would have to be the very helpful staff and good food.

Staff were super friendly, our room wasnt ready so couldnt check in early, however the man at reception put our luggage in there prior to us coming back from winter wonderland Heated flooring in the bathroom was lovely

For a deluxe double it was quite a small room, so for 2 people it was a tight squeeze.
