    The stay was ok, the food was unhygienic.
    The location is nice and property is decent. Staff is helpful.
    The overall hygiene specially with respect to food. We had 5 meals at the property out of 7, hoping that food at the property would be less oily and hygienic. Unfortunately that wasnt the case, each time the food was very oily (even though I requested each time to use less oil). 2 out of 4 members have stomach infection after consuming the food. The kettles in the room were dirty , even after the staff cleaned it.

    A worn out facility
    The garden was nice Breakfast was okay
    Room and bathroom were very dirty. The room was probably nice when the hotel was opened, but now everything is super worn out, facilities are broken (i.e. the plugs, the shower, the WC). As a whole, pictures definitely do not match reality. We arrived late in the evening and there was no hot water in the shower.. they told us we need to switch on the water heater and wait - this couldve been done in advance so there is hot water available. Also, the water heater was super small and not enough hot water for even one person to take a proper shower. It was quite humid in the room and there was mold on the wall. The staff was friendly, but nowhere near what we saw and experienced in the rest of our trips around India.

    The hospitality of Mr Makhija was excellent. We were not able to arrange our lunch from zomato as it was getting delayed, n we had to catch the evening flight and I had not ordered for the lunch with Bougainville. Still he arranged for our lunch and didn't even charge us. Super hospitality. He even arranged for taxi to airport. I am really thankful to him.

    Fabulous little gem, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great rooms and fab modern bathroom. Big shout out for Hans, who took such good care of us during our stay. Breakfast was great - choice of Indian and continental each day.
    Tiny niggle about the food we ordered for dinner one evening, it was delicious and very flavoursome, but the curry sauces were so thin and by far were the runniest we've ever had.
