not worth the money

beds are comfy

delay upon check in with crying children, even though we checked in after 3pm as requested. Any time we asked for anything it took forever. We asked for plates and cutlery for the children to eat their dinner in our room and they brought them up 2 hours later, they did this 2 days in a row. We could hear the toilet and water running from the room above us. Our room was right by the loading bay downstairs so this woke the kids up at 5am every day even though we asked for a quieter room in advance due to having young children.

Good location. Friendly staff and nice amenities.

Did not try breakfast but the room was fairly comfortable and the location was good.

Bathroom was small. Plan to upgrade the next time.

The place is nice and central, but they need to get some serious pest control in there.

Very central and super close to underground station, good sized room and decor.

We were having a drink at the hotel bar, and saw mice in the area we were sitting. Yes, more than one. We advised the staff immediately without creating a hassle. When we spoke to reception the next day, the reply was this is London, its normal. We found it disrespectful and also disgusting! The fact that you acknowledge that mice are normal is just not right. Invest in pest control!

I loved this hotel

The location is perfect, right across Gloucester station of the tube and close to many good restaurants and pubs. Room size was decent, not to small for our family of 3, didn't feel cramped and I liked the decorations.
