We booked 3 rooms and all 3 of them were just perfect

First thing I always see in a hotel its how clean it is.. I dont care much for the rest to be honest.. this hotel was just lovely, the rooms were cute even if they were a bit small indeed for their money, but so clean ive seen all the bad reviews that ok they werent actually that bad but even those little ones, Im telling you.. those people were definitely Karens..

Perfect location.

Location is excellent

Maintenance needs improvement. Elevator down button was not working for the entire duration of our visit (6 days). Also house keeping needs better quality control management. Breakfast is limited and can be improved..

Its location. Said the concierge was exceptionally helpful and kind. A great asset to the hotel

Old, neglected, needs a revamp, one lift, furniture in reception old, fading and dirty. Carpet in room old and stained. Corridors to rooms ugly. Limited TV channels
