Excellent stay with value for money

Big luxurious room with courteous staff and excellent food at the Marwar restaurant (especial mention of Mr Surendra Singh ji who made every possible effort to satisfy our dietary requirements).

Rooms even though are very good, lack modern amenities (usb adapters, remote controlled curtains etc) which are available in most new 5 star properties.

A great Taj.

This was a good one. Even by Taj standards. We have been Taj patrons for a while and I can say with complete confidence that this is one of the better ones. Mr. Arjun Singh Jodha makes contact with you well before your arrival date and makes sure you have everything you need. Ms. Divya and Mr. Lokendra take over for him at the reception floor and cater to your requirements in an outstanding fashion. The checkin process was breeze. The rooms are as advertised, which is very good. The food is also great. My compliments to Mr. Ravindra and to Mr. Subodh for their hospitality at the restaurant. Finally, the check out process was also painless, quiet and efficient. While checking in, I had requested for them to transfer our documents to the next Taj venue we were going to and this was ensured. Once again Kudos to Ms. Divya, Mr. Lokendra and Mr. Rahul at the reception for their professional and proficient conduct. To be honest this booking was a last minute change of venue, but one that I am glad I followed through on. We will be back again.

Love the Taj experience

I had come to the Taj Hari Mahal for a 3 day holiday with my parents, and we loved everything about the stay! The property is beautiful ( neatly kept lawns, a pristine swimming pool, well decorated bar, a clean and hygienic gym ), the food is extraordinary and delicious ( we had added breakfast and dinner to our plan ) and the highlight of everything was the courteous, helpful, and friendly people at the Taj. The two ladies at the reception desk, Balram and the team from housekeeping who kept our rooms spotless and helped with the extra bed, manager Sachin, especially all the the breakfast and dinner staff ( Surendra, Ravindra, Jagapal Ji, Subodh, Manish, Ehoy, Lee and the entire team ) and chefs ( Kartar Singh, Mahar) made our trip extra memorable. Love the Taj experience!
