Swastha Heritage Home stay, disappointing property, not recommended.

The location is very good. Surrounded by plantation.

Inadequate facilities in the rooms as well as the property. The bedsheets were not fresh, bed and pillow, hard. No hot water kettle in the rooms. No kitchen and/or restaurant Only one person, the caretaker, Anas, who was doing all the running around. There were no chairs to sit in the court yard of the villa. These things need to be taken care of as the property rates aren't low. We paid around 32K for 3 rooms for 3 nights.

Ideal for family and pleasant place in an affordable price.

Very much appropriate for family, care taker was amazing to take care of all our needs. Good recommendations for daily sight seeing and food options around. Nicely structured to have private space for each family. Always heat water facility, drinking water facility, Tea/Coffee options available in the premise which is very much required as this place is in the middle of plantation.

The caretaker was forthcoming and very jovial. He was very accommodative within the given constraints regarding fetching the food from different sources. He is doing good job as he is young and college going.

The behavior or the property owner is unwelcoming and behaved in a very indifferent attitude and picked up unnecessary arguments and not willing to listen the customer. Displayed a very non gentlemen kind of conduct. The next day of booking the accommodation I was demanded to remit whole amt for the booking otherwise the stay canot be confirmed. Finally I ought to yield to his pleasures and paid up amt of 4K in advance, Whereas while booking through the site it was given to understand that no amt are to paid in advance for the booking. second thing is that I need to vacate the place due to not so comfortable to any further and requested for refund for the second day of my stay, the owner was unwilling to talk and discuss the matter. during the conversion in person he behaved in very unfriendly manner and insulted me saying that I wasn't aware about anything in this world and he will decide what is to be done because the property belonged to him and no norms of booking,com will be applied Booking.com can do what they wanted to do and he is not neither bothered or concern regarding making the stay comfortable for the client and customer. Totally, it was a very unpleasant stay for me and my family members. My kind request is that the owner needed to be taken into task and whole issue to be settled amiable. I definitely donot want any other esteemed guest to suffer similar happening what i Have to go through. Thanking you, Captain Simon Xavier 9497054539

Even though you dont find anything near the stay the staff will provide you anything you want It was obviously good for the price point We had a full fledged kitchen to cook Everything went with our expectations Sam was great

There was nothing to complain about as you get complete privacy but it would be appreciated if they would give separate door locks for the room

The ambiance and rooms was good.Feel comfortable while staying there . Definitely we will approach there in our next visit to Waynad

We reached there at night,we lost for few meters because there was no light near entrance.

We were two families and booked the 3 BHK villa. It was a clean and peaceful stay in Swastha. Helpful hosts and the ambience was really good. They also provide homely cooked food which was great. Overall it was a nice experience.
