The behavior or the property owner is unwelcoming and behaved in a very indifferent attitude and picked up unnecessary arguments and not willing to listen the customer. Displayed a very non gentlemen kind of conduct. The next day of booking the accommodation I was demanded to remit whole amt for the booking otherwise the stay canot be confirmed. Finally I ought to yield to his pleasures and paid up amt of 4K in advance, Whereas while booking through the site it was given to understand that no amt are to paid in advance for the booking.
second thing is that I need to vacate the place due to not so comfortable to any further and requested for refund for the second day of my stay, the owner was unwilling to talk and discuss the matter. during the conversion in person he behaved in very unfriendly manner and insulted me saying that I wasn't aware about anything in this world and he will decide what is to be done because the property belonged to him and no norms of booking,com will be applied Booking.com can do what they wanted to do and he is not neither bothered or concern regarding making the stay comfortable for the client and customer.
Totally, it was a very unpleasant stay for me and my family members. My kind request is that the owner needed to be taken into task and whole issue to be settled amiable. I definitely donot want any other esteemed guest to suffer similar happening what i Have to go through.
