Location ideal, would have been a perfect stay if there was a better process for getting clean towels, more toilet paper

Location easy to get on public transportation

Had to go to office to get toilet paper and swap dirty/clean towels because we were less than 7 days. Door key didnt always work in outside door = another trip to reception for key reprograming (pretty sure its bc the way the reader is situated its difficult to get straight in. No face cloths available (they gave an extra bath towel instead)

Excellent if you look for a modest place, close to educational and cultural locations.

The hotel is very close to central locations in the city. It is close to the places I would like to visit, such as the British Library, University College London and its libraries, many museums and educational institutions. The place feels like home for me. I am a frequent guest at this hotel. Since Ive stayed in different rooms at each stay, I can tell that most rooms are comfortable. Some are not accessible by those with physical disabilities, one should make sure to state when making a reservation if there is a need. Most rooms are very basic but clean.

There is not much I dont like at this place. The place is good for all my needs. If I have to write something I propose to upgrade, I would suggest refurbishment of bathrooms in the future. The materials and finishings are getting old.

Very good

Clean heat studio in fantastic location.

Fantastic location close to shops and St Pancras station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Management were really terrific either an issue we had.

So many stairs! Common areas were overheated and the apartment was pretty warm too.

very close to everything.

the only thing that I don't like is the shower, very small i think will hard for heavy people to take a shower in it also I was expecting to get more than two towels.the rest is perfect
