Very good

Really enjoyed our stay here.

Close to Bricklane, which is a very lively street with many nice Indian restaurants. Close to the subway.

Only headshower in bathroom. Would prefer also a mobile one.

Like sleeping on a train track neverending noise and vibrations

Hard to find things to like. It was mot a pleasant experience overall. There was a communal coffee machine next to our door which seemed like a nice idea but lack of noise insulation meant we listened to all coffee grinding activities all morning as if people were in the room brewing coffee.

The ventilation shaft next to the bed was not insulated properly so the bed kept shaking from noise and vibration continuously. The meaningless decorations were in the expense of comfort and safety.

Eco-friendly, funky hotel that just keeps giving.

Beautiful dining and lounge area - perfect for hanging out when it rained. Eco-focused as standard. Great Wi-Fi. Funky room furnishings. 2 mins from tube stop. Easy 15 mins to walk to Tower Bridge/river - perfect. Loads to see/learn/do in the area. Great value.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Well located near Underground station.

The nearest stations (Aldgate East and Aldgate) had no elevator access, so traveling as a family with heavy luggage, buggy, etc. was troublesome.

No fridge, It had only a shower. Also no understand why they charged me for the same drink in the bar on the first day 6.8 pounds, on the second day 7.6 pounds, and the third day( I ordered two beers) first time 6.8 pounds, and since re ordered charged me 7.6 again. Looks unprofessional. Anyway vibes were good but I won't choose it again due to this behaviour. Of course, I did t complain just for one pound, just mention it.

Lovely stay

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Checkin and checkout is self service so very quick and efficient. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of selection. Good dinner menu also with alot of choice. Room was lovely, bed very spacious and comfortable. Very near a bus stop and the underground so easy to get everywhere.

Only a small thing about the bathroom toilet is very close to the sink but shower is amazing.
