    The location, ambience and infrastructure
    Despite being booked the highest value room, the view was not worth it. They have the best view in low category rooms even though few suites have best valley view but the over proud front office staff didn't even think of providing the room in comparison of amount/value paid for booking

    Not pocket friendly, 60+ stairs to reach room, valley view is awesome
    Food is good. View from room is awesome.
    Property location is not at good place, be careful if you have flight to catch. You have use 60 to 100 stairs to reach to your room. It felt like we were trekking for breakfast and dinner due to these stairs. Food quality and taste is good but not value for the money. Prices are hyped. (they charge 10% service charge for room service order and 5% for restaurant orders ) You can deny payment of service charges.
