New hotel and great central location - friendly staff and good value
Very comfortable bed and the staff were amazingly friendly
The roof top pool was small and there was no shaded area to lie down and relax by the pool. The room was very new and well clean but the bins were not emptied and the floor was very dusty as it was not mopped during my stay, so that could be improved.

It was a very pleasant stay in general.
The location is right opposite to Central shopping mall, which is easy to get food, do shopping. Also, the Pattaya beach front is right there after going through the shopping mall. The room is clean, the staff are very friendly.
It sounds weird, but theres no socket in the bathroom.

we must commend Mr. Chao the concierge and Net and the seafood restaurant for doing everything they can to make our stay comfortable. The concierge team was all in all very friendly
I wouldn't classify this as a 5 star. Breakfast was substandard, we had to return food on several instances because it was cold and tasting horrible. I would hope the staff knew a little more English because we struggled to communicate our needs, however friendly they were.
Our worst experience was at checkout at the reception desk. The staff was not very helpful. We also got charged for washing sheets and Blankets which we found very strange. We almost missed out flight.
Would definitely never come back or recommend it to anyone. I wouldn't also classify it as a 5 start for sure.

The entire thing, from the design to the service - is impeccable. It's super clean, spacious, restaurant and pool on the roof, amazing rooms (took the premier executive), and above and beyond the technical list - it's the smiles of the workers and the swift uncompromising service that stands out the most.
