perfect spot to stay in hanoi.

the location was the perfect spot for hanoi first timers. all sights and countless restaurants are only minutes away from the hotel. the staff is amazing - very helpful, speaking english very well and serving you with all the information you need to have a good trip. additionally - ask them for trips all over vietnam - they are checking their network and are doing a hell of a job on their research!

we were a group of 4 choosing two identical rooms of the same category. unfortunately there was a decent difference regarding the size of the rooms. overall not too bad, but a bit weird.

Very friendly hotel and would stay again.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the girl who greeted us when we arrived. The hotel was in a great location, clean room and decent shower.

Our room was freezing cold, the corridors were freezing and so was the dining room. It was very cold in Hanoi while we were there so I have no idea why they needed air con on in communal areas. We did contact reception about heating and they put it on for us.

Good. But expected much more for the price

Location of hotel. kindness and helpfulness of staff.

The room was very small. In name of gym, there was just a treadmill and cross trainer. The price that we paid were equivalent to a 5* category and got a 3* category

very comfortable stay, great staff

friendly & english speaking staff, hotel is very clean (we saw differently in our time in viet nam), room was a good size and we liked the slightly bigger balcony and a the bathtub but most importantly its nearly soundproof and the curtains are actually blacking out light, location is good and a lot is walkable if you so desire to do

we found the breakfast to be okay but a bit limited in options

it was a realy nice location and the assistans manager chloe helped us whit everything. I forgot my wallet and pass it was no problem she helped me to get it back realy fast. i think one of the best hotel you can choose in hanoi
