The best hotel for those who like to explore Pattaya nightlife and stay in green garden

This is old property but still maintain in good condition, it is difficult to find the hotel with green courtyard in Pattaya. room is spacious, the hotel location is connected to the walking street ang the Bali Hai pier, Staff very friendly and helpful, I went there on the New Year Countdown which was super busy but their services still efficient. Breakfast is variety and yummy. Security guards at the main entrance are very helpful.

Some building have to cross the bridge over the public waste water drainage which is smelly and doesn't look nice.

Good hotel and location

Location was great it was right at the end of walking street , You could walk around , but the property does not have any beach access. You can cross the road to the public beach , which is not very clean. Room was decent , it was old but well maintained had clean sheets , towels and hot water.

Breakfast was very basic , would give it two stars. Staff did not go out of there way to do anything and not very friendly either. Also the hotel is a bit spread out , so its quite a walk to get from the rooms to the lobby during check out

Very good location. Close to bars, pubs, clubs and restaurants. Located at the end of the Walking Street, if you're looking to party and want to walk back to your hotel.

The music from Walking Street carries over to the hotel room.

Location but nothing else and perhaps knock knock the lady at the information tour's counter was lovely

Reception staff rude, I believe Rascist to Indians, not great. Hotel is huge, and a maze. One side leads to the sea and walking street and other to the road. No one bothered explaining anything to us. Rooms are spread out. The whole place is very unorganized.

Overall, it's good except for a few things . Otherwise, it's very good.

Near Walking Street and Bali Hai Pier. Staff were friendly and had a good buffet breakfast.

The room should be improved more. The main door is not up to the mark. Wash room door not maintaining privacy. The air conditioner is not working properly according to the settings temperature.

Reasonably well located. Very close to Walking Street (while I do not recommend this, especially not for families, but for inquisitive tourists this is a one-time experience). Very close to the beach. For Indians, it was good because it was close to lots of Indian restaurants & a mall about ~20 mins away by walk. We did not try the Indian restaurants but they seemed very much like North Indian dhabas, and there were many options. Also the lady at the tourist services location helped us plan a visit to Alcazar, floating market & Koh Larn at fairly attractive rates. There was also a Boots within the property & a 7 Eleven 1-2 mins away from the property. Bike rental facility was close by which charged by the day (vs. 7 day minimum elsewhere). There was an issue of the canal being renovated by the Thai government and it smelling very bad. This was resolved by the time we arrived to a great extent. They were very apologetic about it - it was not too much of an issue.
