Bad process.

Process . I had booked a double room. Which means two rooms attached with a door with in. They gave me 7B and 9A. It did not serve the purpose. Me and wife and 2 daughters eventually stayed at one room only and money of second got wasted. Expecting an apology for this failure and at least half refund ( terrif of one room) if not more.

Lovely stay at the beach

3 minute walk to the beach, the beach is really great with only 4-5 restaurants on it, so not crowded and very comfortable! Regarding the hotel: comfortable beds, wifi, good water pressure in the shower

Not all rooms are the same, make sure you get a one like the one you actually booked

Poor

Propery was spacious with swimming pools and trees and walking space.

Breakfast was poor in quality and taste. Some of the items were not fresh. Service was bad. Restaurant and reception staff were rude and unresponsive.

Nearby to beach. Breakfast is amazing

1) The cottage was supposed to be garden facing. It was road facing with 3 ft wide kyari. 2) Staff was not focused towards cleaning. They offered cleaning services only once a day. So, if your baby spills tea on floor you have to spend night like that. 3) The staff did not show is the property. One staff showed me and said that do not tell anyone. They do not usually show this to guests as people would want better rooms. Height of stupidity. 4) No bisleri or tea coffee sache but they give kettle. 5) Lunch and dinner are not good quality. May be the chef is different.

Overpromised facilities and unable to maintain. Need renovations.

Very big property for 2 star property. Good location. Spacious room. Good view. Too many facilities promised. Swimming pool is nice. They have rather 2 of them and both were good. When told about bad experience about water in bathroom, manager waived off coffee charges ordered once. Breakfast included was good.

Major issue of water in the room for usage. No 24hrs water. It needed to be told to switch on the water motor, then you will get it. Stayed for 3 nights and on all nights, early morning, afternoon, faced issue with water. Either the pressure was low or there was no water. Had to call the reception and then they would switch on the motor. Water fittings leak and Too much wastage of water. Too many facilities promised but unable to maintain. Property and rooms are old. Electrical fittings are damaged. Needs renovation of plumbing and electrical fittings.

Disappointing

Overall room size and cleanliness in the hotel was good. This property is bit old and the room that we were given was towards the end of the hotel, lizards were outside the room and balcony's door lock was not working. After requesting the change of room hotel staff stated we do not have any room left they did not even bother to check. Intercom was not present to connect with the reception or any other service.
