Both pleasant and unpleasant :(
I appreciated the service given by a few staff there and the view from our room was simply spectacular because we were upgraded to the Overwater Bungalow and it was a pleasant surprise because they knew we were they to celebrate our first-ever honeymoon and 5th anniversary. Thank you :)
Unfortunately, wed received some really disappointing service coming from one staff at the Feast.

Disappointing
Staff service were a mixed bag. Some were good some were rude. Response time to requests were also extremely slow.
Called for room make up a few times and was told that its not possible right now but it was only 1/2pm and never came. Called to enquire about extending the check out time and were told they will call us back but never did as well and had to go to the lobby myself to follow up.
Also asked for replenishment of some room items and they missed out some when delivered.
When using the gym, one of the staff was asking us to fill the check in form, was unable to catch what he was saying initially and asked him to repeat and he raised his voice impatiently.
When trying to hitch a ride from the resorts buggy back to our rooms after beach activities, the driver said we were wet and can not send us and we asked if we can stand instead since its a short ride but driver responded no choice right sarcastically and ask us to sit, we decided to get off and walked instead.

Three magical days of beach, sunshine and great food
we were with daughter and her family. Breakfast wide variety, exceptional. Beach pristine paradise. water facilities of canoeing, paddle boarding, snorkelling high quality fully used by all six of us. Dinner at Mediterranean restaurant exceptional, both setting and food. Entertainment at dinner of DJ, one night and Local dancers very good. It was our Daughter's and our Wedding anniversary and the hotel surprised us with cake, wine and decoration of room when we went out for dinner, Thank you so much
