Worst experience ever from the 5 star hotel. Avoid!

Nothing

Staff no trained to 5 star standards. Charged me twice because of their system problem. House keeping wakes you up at 7:30am or never come. Just astonishing!

Superb service all round with helpful travel desk to recommending what to do.

Reasonable value for a brand hotel. The hotel staff were delightfully courteous and unbelievably helpful considering the level of English not their lingua franca.

The only missing factor was no bar to chill. Had to walk down the street for choice.
